DELAYED, LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Liability & Shipping Policy
Unique Designz is not liable for any packages once they have been scanned by the shipping carrier, which confirms that the carrier has taken possession of your package. We do not have access to any information beyond the tracking details provided by the carrier. For any shipping or delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Please note that Basic or First Class Mail does not include package insurance. To automatically receive up to $100 in shipping insurance for protection against loss or damage, please select USPS Ground Advantage or a higher shipping option at checkout. If you would like to add additional coverage, please contact us before placing your order, and we will assist you with further options.
In the case that your package is shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or a higher service and is lost or damaged, you must file a claim directly with USPS.
We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable or incorrectly delivered due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by you. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will not assume responsibility for the loss.
If your package is marked as “delivered” but is missing, please contact your local USPS office for verification of the delivery location. If necessary, you may also report the incident to local authorities as a theft. We will not replace or refund orders marked as “delivered.”

Unauthorized purchases or ownership of such items are prohibited. Purchasing Sorority goods under false pretenses grants the Sorority the right to (1) remove such goods from online platforms and (2) repossess the goods from the buyer and any third-party sellers. Buyers waive their rights under the First Sale Doctrine to resell such items.
